Ultium CAM is committed to minimizing its impact on the environment with a sense of responsibility and commitment to the mission of responding to the climate crisis, in line with the sustainability strategy of POSCO FUTURE M, its investing company.
Key Focus
· Transition towards renewable electricity based upon market conditions, competitive pricing, and available infrastructure by 2030 and consume renewable energy from the start of production
· Integrate environmental solutions into the operations (e.g., divert solid waste from landfill, reduce fresh water usage, increase plant efficiency, conserve renewable and non-renewable resources, etc.)
· Maximize heat recovery from cooling water, LED lighting, electric charging stations and reduces CO2 emissions
